WELCOME TO SEAGLEN DUNES

The quaint village of Munster lies on the South Coast of KwaZulu Natal, just before you reach Port Edward. Munster boasts long stretches of unspoilt beach, lush sub-tropical vegetation, and giant rocky outcrops. Seaglen Dunes is perfectly positioned on a hilltop site with the beach at its doorstep. It is surrounded by a landscaped garden and an abundance of natural vegetation and indigenous tress. Wildcoast Sun Casino, Oribi Gorge, Margate and Mzamba Village are just a scenic drive away; with the neighbouring Umtamvuma Nature Reserve offering the visitor a spectacular array of wildlife and extravagant natural beauty.

Phase 1

Units 3-10 – Ground Floor Units

Units 12-20 – 1st Floor Units

Units 4, 7, 8, 17 and 18 - 1 bedroom units.

Units 5, 10, 13, 14, 15 and 20 - 2 bedroom units.

Units 3, 6, 9, 16 and 19 - 3 bedroom units.

Unit 12 – 4 bedroom, 10 sleeper unit.

Units 3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 13, 15, 16 and 20 all have a bath, toilet and basin in the en-suite bathroom, and a curtain-enclosed shower, toilet and basin in the second bathroom.

Units 4, 7, 8, 9, 14, 17, 18 and 19 all have a toilet and basin in the en-suite bathroom and a bath, toilet and basin in the second bathroom.

Unit 12 has a private braai facility.

All other units in Phase 1 have a communal entertainment area and communal braai facility at the communal pool area.

Units 3, 12, 13 and 14 have a very good sea view.

Phase 2

3 Bedroom units (sleeps, 6 people).

Units 21, 22, 25, 26, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37 and 38 – Ground Floor units.

Units 23, 24, 27, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 39 and 40 - First floor units.

Units 25 and 26 are paraplegic friendly.

Units 21, 31, 35 & 40 are 3 bedroom 8 sleepers.

All units contain a bath, toilet and basin in the en-suite bathroom, and a glass-enclosed shower, toilet, basin and bath in the second bathroom.

Units 22, 23, 24, 27 and 28 have a good sea view.

Units 21-28 are sea-facing.

Units 29-36 are in the middle block of flats and therefore have an obscured sea view.

Units 37-40 are in-land facing, overlooking the lake, which is ideal during winter as the sun warms up the units.

There are about 20 steps between the middle and the in-land facing units.

All Phase 2 units have own porch area that contains a braai facility.

All units have ceiling fans.

Burglar bars provided on the windows.

Monkeys do visit the resort from time to time, and they can be dangerous, so please do not feed them and keep your doors and windows closed at all times.

If a Full Service is required, please request this with the booking office / resort manager, a daily fee will be charged. No full service on Sundays / Public Holidays.
